Here are custom knitted crew socks we manufactured and shipped from Southern California to a client in Wisconsin.
Design
Our customer, a Boutique Fitness Brand based in Wisconsin, was looking to create socks for their indoor cycling studios. They needed an athletic crew model that would showcase their logo as well as their name. We placed and knitted the logo on the cuff so it would be big enough, with the brand name going along the foot. Their logo and text only featured grey and green on a white sock.
Manufacturing
The style they selected was a thick crew socks with ribs so they would hold on to the legs during performance. The material used was our signature ultra-wicking blend which is perfect for cycling since it protects from blisters by wicking the moisture away.
Turnaround
It took around 4 weeks, from the moment the order was placed to the day the socks were delivered.
As you can see on the picture above, the logo and text really stood out on the white sock. Featuring only 3 colors, this model is another example showcasing how effective a simple “less is more” design can be.
